Jet is a nickname of Owner/Chef Juliet Parkin. She graduated Northern AZ University with a BS in Hospitality Management and also holds a culinary arts degree from Western Culinary Institute. Most recently Juliet owned and operated the Coeur d'Grain Bakery in downtown Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. The personal chef business is an excellent opportunity for Juliet to stay in an area she loves and combine her skill for cooking with years of business experience.
